These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 1973 Sirius Books (the "Service"), operated by 12 September Corporation. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Accounts

2. Buying Books
Prices and availability are subject to change. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information, but errors may occur. If an item is mispriced or unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Selling Books to Us
Buyback quotes are estimates based on current market data and the condition you report. Final payment is subject to our inspection of the received book. If a book's condition differs materially from what was reported, we may revise or decline the offer and return the book at our discretion.
4. Payments
Purchases are processed through our third-party payment provider. By submitting an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including shipping and applicable taxes.
5. Shipping & Returns
Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Returns are accepted in accordance with our posted policy; contact us to initiate a return.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logos, and content, is owned by 12 September Corporation and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 12 September Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
